Please thank your delivery staff for showing up when they said they would. That just never seems to happen anymore so I was really impressed. Plus, their professionalism was wonderful and they were in and out in no time at all. We love our new couch! Mrs. Neel helped us pick it out and it is perfect! I just love it, love it, love it!!! There were so many wonderful fabrics to select from that I initially thought my mind would explode, but Mrs. Neel made the whole experience quick and easy. Somehow she was able to reduce the selection to six samples in a matter of minutes (I guess she read my mind) and I was amazed at how quickly I was able to make the final selection. Those colors look so wonderful in the room. I think my husband was actually disappointed that I made up my mind so quickly. When we left home he was dreading having to come with me and pick out a new couch, but when he found those TV's and propped himself up in that big recliner I didn't think I'd ever get him out of there. Can you believe it, when we got home he asked when we were going back because he wants a recliner to replace his old chair. So, I guess you'll see us again soon.
