Q: I was notified that my order is in-stock. When can I get it delivered?
A: If your order is complete and ready for delivery, we will reschedule after April 15th.
Q: I have not been notified that my order is in-stock. Does that mean that I will never receive it?
A: No, you will receive your order. We will contact you with the updates when we resume our delivery operations.
Q: What do I do if I have a problem with my furniture?
A: Please contact us at service@storyandlee.com and describe the problem in detail. We will contact you to schedule an in-home appointment with our customer service specialist.
Q: Is it possible that Story & Lee will close and never re-open?
